This gate was custom built and mounted. Its design had to match several other gates that were on the property. Some custom hardware had to be specially ordered to match existing.
Hand Rails
These before and after shots show the change to the front steps of this house after the rickety and broken wooden hand rails were replaced. Vinyl or wooden hand rails were offered as a replacement; the owners chose these wrought iron ones.
Lake Project 1-4
This project was in two phases. The first was to construct a revetment of treated beams and rip-rap to check erosion along lake front. After surveying, construction began on the revetment.
1.) This photo shows the extent of erosion.
2.) Construction is well underway to protect this property.
3.) Revetment is complete.
4.) Dock is an eyesore compared to the new coastline.
